Mozzarella in carrozza (6)
Instructions
Have, on each slice of bread, one anchovy fillet and slices of mozzarella, close with the other slice of bread.
Arrange the slices on a tray, press with a light weight so they adhere well, roll in a batter made with buffalo milk, eggs, flour and salt.
FRY in abundant olive oil, sprinkle with salt and serve hot.

- 20 slices of bread
- 400 g of mozzarella di bufala
- 50 g of anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of flour
- Buffalo milk mozzarella
- Abundant of olive oil
- Salt
