Fried Mozzarella (Mozzarelle Impanate)
Instructions
Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork.
Add salt and pepatele.
Pour the flour in a dish and the bread crumbs on another plate.
Cut the mozzarella into slices 0.
5 cm thick.
Flour the slices, emerge them in beaten egg and then put them in the breadcrumbs.
Pour the oil into the Pan and put it on the fire.
Let it warm up.
When the oil is hot, place the mozzarella slices into the Pan and let them cook for five minutes, turned several times with a perforated spatula.
When mozzarella breaded slices are browned, remove from oil, drain well, posatele on a plate covered with paper towels and serve immediately.
Suggested wine: Teroldego Rosé.
