Beat the whole eggs and the egg yolks with sugar.
To heat the milk with the cinnamon; When will lift the boil remove from heat and allow to cool, then remove the cinnamon.

Cook the custard over Bain-Marie stirring constantly with a wooden spoon; just begin to harden pour into a serving plate, contornandola with cookies.
If desired, decorate the surface with lozenges made from strips of sugar and cinnamon.
