Baked Hake (Nasello al Forno)
Instructions
Hake fillet.
Prepare a tomato sauce with onion, basil, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and bake.
Cut the spring onions into rings and Parboil.
Cut julienne celery and FRY.
Season the hake with Rosemary and Bacon and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve with the sauce and sauteed Onions with oil and celery.

- 400 g of hake
- 6 spring onions
- 1/2 celeriac
- 200 g of tomato
- 2 slices of pork lard
- Basil
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Durum wheat flour
- Rosemary
- Sugar
- 1 onion
- 1 celery
