Hake au gratin
Instructions
Let marinate for 2 hours i hake fillets in a marinade of olive oil, a little salt and scallions.
Remove the shallot, cleaning them and soak them for breadcrumbs.
Cook gently grilled (or oven under the grill) and toss with hot cooked sauce on low heat melt the anchovies in oil with vinegar and flour.

- 2 sfilettati from 600 g hake
- 4 shallots
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 2 anchovies
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- Unrefined sea salt
