Instructions
Wash and clean the nozzle and cut into fillets.
Finely chop scallion and a spargetela in a buttered baking dish.
Clean and cut the mushrooms into thin slices and place in a bowl along with onion.
Arrange in pan fish fillets, salted and sprinkle bread crumbs mixed with a little grated Parmesan cheese.
Pour the white wine so that the nozzle remains submerged for half the melted butter, and place in oven at 180 degrees for a quarter of an hour or so, until the dish is well Gratin.
At this point, remove from oven and sprinkle with the parsley, washed and chopped, sprinkle with pepper and serve.

- 600 g of hake
- 150 g of mushrooms
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
