Hake in tomato sauce (2)
Instructions
Wash and dry the fish fillets.
Pass them first in the beaten egg with salt then in flour.
Fry them in plenty of boiling oil, gold and when they should keep them warm.
In the same oil gilding garlic, add tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of brandy, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Arrange the fish on a serving dish, cover with the sauce and a sprinkling of parsley.

- 600 g of hake fillets
- 1 egg
- 500 g of tomato pulp
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of brandy
- Flour
- Abundant of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sprinkling 1 of chopped parsley
