Hake with provola
Instructions
Let thaw cut hake fillets, flour, dip them in beaten egg with salt and fry them in a pan with olive oil, butter and bay leaf.
Place them in a buttered baking dish, cover them with provolone slices, put them in a hot oven for about 10 minutes and serve.

- 1 600 g of hake
- 100 g of smoked provola cheese
- 1 egg

- 1 leaf of laurel
