Saffron hake
Instructions
Flour well hake.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan, add the onion and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until it is softened.
In the meantime check the zucchini and cut lengthwise into slices about 1 inch thick.
Put the nozzle into the Pan and FRY 2 minutes per side.
Continue Meanwhile cutting zucchini slices into strips about 1 inch wide, riunitele a bunch and then cut them into cubes.
Combined with shrimp and hake cubes of Zucchini and stir.
Dilute the Saffron in wine and pour it into the pan.
Add salt and pepper and cook for 6-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, grate the lemon zest.
As soon as the hake is cooked and the broth has thickened slightly, sprinkle with the lemon zest, mix, add a minute and serve.

- 800 g of hake (pieces from 200 g each)
- 100 g of shrimps
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
- 1 great zucchini
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
