Hake with snow peas
Instructions
Braise the sugar snap peas in a sauce of garlic, olive oil, tomatoes.
Oval In a saucepan to wither in oil a mince of garlic, Basil and onions.
Add the hake and make it brown slightly on both sides.
Deglaze with wine and, once evaporated, season with salt and add the sugar snap peas with their sauce.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes, by spraying the fish with cooking.

- 1 onion
- 1 sprig of basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- White wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Fresh tomatoes
