Hake with potatoes
Instructions
Wash, Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Grease a baking pan with a little olive oil, sprinkle on half the potatoes and place them above the trance.
Add a sprig of thyme and one of Rosemary, a pinch of salt and white pepper, then cover with the remaining slices of potatoes, the surface sprayed with olive oil poured.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.
Serve.

- 4 potatoes
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 sprig of rosemary
