Nastrini cuttlefish sauce
Instructions
After washing under running water clean the cuttlefish, cut them into small pieces and put them in a pot to cook until all the water will be lost.
As soon as it will be evaporated, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the onion peeled and sliced and 2 crushed garlic cloves.
Saute, then add 250 g of sauce and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile boil al dente the ribbons, drain, place it in the sauce of cuttlefish, wet with a tbsp of their cooking water, add a handful of chopped Basil and toss quickly.
