Nastrini with strigoli
Instructions
Saute chopped onion in a little oil and rosolarvi the cubes of ham for a few seconds, then add the tomato sauce and let it cook slowly for 15-20 minutes.
Finally put the chopped leaves of well washed strigoli (only at the end because otherwise, if overcooked, they lose their characteristic bitter taste), a pinch of salt and cooked al dente ribbons; skip the pasta in the sauce and serve.

- 250 g of type pasta ribbons
- 250 g of tomato
- 80 g of diced ham
- == 1 small onion
- 1 bunch of strigoli
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
