Nastrini with red radicchio and ricotta
Instructions
Bring to a boil the salted water and cook the pasta.
Meanwhile, Cook chopped onion in a little oil, add the finely cut chicory and allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
After drained pasta, add the cold ricotta with 1 pinch of salt.
