Nests with tuna
Instructions
Saute shallots in 1 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the cuttlefish bags, half a glass of white wine and cook for a few minutes.
In another pot saute the remaining shallots, 1 clove of garlic and a handful of capers, desalted and finely chopped a little chilli.
Add tomatoes and cook over high heat for a few minutes, with plenty of oregano.
Adjust salt and turn off.
As soon as the pasta is cooked, toss in black sauce, then distribute it in dishes and complete it with the tomato sauce and crumbled tuna.
Note: tuna should be focused off because, if it bakes, it becomes Woody.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type noodles pasta (nidi)
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove of garlic
- 180 g box 1 of tuna in olive oil
- 1 handful of salted capers
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 2 sachets of sepia
- Chili
- Abundant of dry oregano
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
