Nests D'Angelo Pumpkin Blossom
Instructions
Bring to a boil the water to cook pasta.
Clean the pumpkin flowers and cut them into strips.
Then heat the olive oil and butter to wither the leek finely cut.
Color merge just takes a ladle of broth with a hint of Saffron powder.
Let simmer for a few minutes then add the courgette flowers, salt, pepper, Cook for 2 minutes, then transfer into the nests, sugo drained al dente; possibly wet with a tbsp of their cooking water and toss quickly, completing with a pizzicone of Saffron pistils.
Serve with plenty of grated Parmesan.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta nests of tagliatelle
- 2 bunches of pumpkin flowers
- 1 leek
- Some pistils of saffron pistils
- 1 pinch of powdered saffron
- 1 ladle of vegetable broth
- Abundant of grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
