Nests and beans
Instructions
In the pressure cooker, Cook with oil into chunks vegetables (potato, carrot, tomato, onion and garlic).
Then add the beans (keep a spoonful), the nut and about 75 cl of water.
Close the pot and cook for about 15 minutes from the whistle.
You have finished cooking, switch off the mixer, then add the beans kept apart, bring back the fire and boil, adjust salt and cook the nests.
At the end, bean soup must be rather creamy.
This dish can be served cold, therefore suitable even in summer.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of type noodles pasta (nidi)
- 2 boxes of borlotti beans
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 1 tomato
- Onion
- Garlic
- Nut soup
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
