Veal nut with spring onions
Instructions
Brown in butter calf nuts.
Once you clean it with powdered with flour and then add a glass of warm water and one for wine.
Evaporate, add salt, pepper and add the other spices.
Halfway through the cooking combine the onions already scalded in boiling salted water and tomato.
Cook over low heat until the meat is cooked.

- 700 g of veal walnut
- 50 g of butter
- 1 glass red wine
- 30 spring onions
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- Little of flour
- Salt
