Knots with basil
Instructions
Brown in butter foamy the knots, little salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley, garlic and lemon zest.
Crumble over the nut, cover them with white wine and cook for about 20 minutes over low heat.
Serve them nicely warm.
