Nutella in a carriage
Instructions
Cut into thin slices (1/2 cm) two cariole eliminating ends.
Spread half the slices with Nutella.
Stack the slices spread other, forming of sandwich, press slightly.
Mix milk, eggs, sugar and rum to make a batter.
Dip in batter sandwiches.
Heat the oil, drain the sandwich and FRY on both sides until they become Golden.
Drain and serve hot, sprinkling them with powdered sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 cariole of stale bread a day
- Nutella
- 20 cl of milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Frying oil
- Icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons of rum
