Baked goose
Instructions
Wash and dry the goose already eviscerated.
Sprinkle the inside with salt and pepper, a few leaves of Sage, 1 clove of garlic, Rosemary and a bit of butter.
Tied with kitchen Twine and place in a greased baking dish.
Dress out with butter, garlic, Sage, Rosemary, salt, pepper and bake at 180 degrees for 2 hours.
During cooking, sprinkle with wine.
Well drained place on a serving dish and serve the broth diluted with broth.
