Omelette with crab meat
Instructions
Leave In a pan melt a knob of butter and insaporitevi the shredded crabmeat.
Add salt and pepper generously, add two tablespoons of cream and cook over low heat a quarter of an hour making sure butter darken.
Lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, a pepper and a tablespoon of cold water that makes them soft.
In a pan melt a knob of butter, pour in beaten eggs, Cook the omelettes, soft and dry under above.
About half the omelet put the crabmeat and reflect it.
