Omelette with beans
Instructions
In a saucepan heat half the butter, chopped shallots insaporitevi, add salt, pepper and add the beans.
Then add half the cream and bring to cooking the beans.
Beat 4 eggs, add salt.
Heat the butter, pour in the eggs and make a great omelet pretty soft.
Place it on a hot serving dish.
Blend the two egg yolks with the remaining cream, heat the mixture stirring, withdrawn from the fire and add the beans already flavored.
Let thicken fresh focus and then pour the bean sauce over the omelet.
Serve.

- 6 eggs
- 600 g of peeled beans
- 25 cl of cream
- 30 g of butter
- 25 cl of cream
