Orange cheese cake
Instructions
Prepare a shortcrust pastry with the flour, salt, butter, 60 g sugar, egg yolk and water.
Let stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, then with three-quarters of the dough, line a cake tin.
Mix cornmeal with the whole egg and egg white.
Add the cheese, remaining sugar, the juice and zest of Orange, finally the cream.
Mix well.
Put the mixture into the lined Cake Pan and bake at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes, until the filling starts to thicken.
Remove from the oven and reduce the temperature to 160 degrees, garnish with remaining dough strips obtained from and leave in the oven for another 35 minutes.
Consumed cold.

- 230 g of flour
- 140 g of butter
- 140 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of water
- 230 g of soft goat cheese
- 30 g of yellow flour
- 1 orange (juice and zest)
- Tetrapak 1 of fresh cream
- Salt
