Instructions
Prepare a batter with flour, oil, salt and warm water.
To blanch the Zucchini Flowers in salted water for about a minute.
Chop these flowers and add them to the mixture.
Spread the dough evenly in a previously greased baking sheet with butter.
Pour over a little olive oil and bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.

- 1000 g of wheat flour
- 700 g of pumpkin flowers
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Lard (or butter)
- Water
- Salt
