Tasty veal shanks
Instructions
Make browned in a casserole with oil and butter the flour dusted Veal Shanks, add the sliced onions, sliced carrots, potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes and season.
Deglaze with the wine, add the diluted in hot water preserves, salt, pepper and cook for about 1 hour, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

- 1 glass white wine
