Lemon balls
Instructions
In a saucepan then liquefy the butter, then add the egg yolks and breadcrumbs, stirring quickly.
Add salt and pepper.
Add the lemon juice and stir again.
Ben snow mounted soda egg whites and gently add them to the mixture.
Let stand an hour and then do as many balls as big as peanuts.
Bring to a boil the broth, get the balls and simmer for a few minutes.
