Palmito salad
Instructions
Drain the hearts of Palm, cut into slices and place in a salad bowl.
Halve the avocado, remove the pit and dig the pulp with a spoon.
Put it in a bowl and mix with a fork to reduce it in cream, adding the oil a little at a time and then the lemon juice.
Salt and pepper the avocado cream and pour it on the hearts of Palm, stirring very well before serving.

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
