Instructions

Flour the slices of P2, then make them Brown in 1 pan with olive oil, butter and chopped onion and garlic.

Sprinkle with white wine, salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes, covered.

Sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
