Chop the onion and let it dry in a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a bit of butter.
Add the drained peas, a pinch of salt and sugar and a flavoring.
Wet with 1 glass of warm water and cook over low heat.
Wash, dry and flour the palombo.
In another pan melt 25 g butter and Brown the fish on both sides.
Transfer the P2 in the pan with the peas and cook for another 10 minutes.
