P2 with green tomatoes
Instructions
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, Peel, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Wash and dry the fish slices, place on a baking tray, add salt and pepper, cover with tomatoes, onion and chopped fresh oregano, spilled oil.
Sprinkle a few breadcrumbs.
Cover with aluminum foil, bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
