Stewed palombo
Instructions
Cut the fish into small cubes.
Put into oil, onion, garlic, parsley and chopped anchovies and cook uncovered 2 minutes on maximum power.
Add the still frozen peas, tomato pulp, salt and pepper and cook covered 5 minutes at maximum power.
Add the fish, stir, cover and cook for 5 minutes at maximum power.
Stir and let stand for 3 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of p2 slices
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 2 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of tomato pulp
- 200 g of frozen peas
- Salt
- Pepper
