Instructions
Rub lightly with garlic bread slices and season with olive oil.
Overlay on bread cucumbers cut into thin slices, tomatoes also cut slices and chopped anchovies and capers.
Serve cold pouring over a few drops of wine vinegar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of bread (cut in half)
- 8 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cucumber
- Some of capers (or olives)
- 3 firm and ripe tomatoes
- Olive oil
