Instructions
Choose four beautiful fresh lettuce leaves slightly concave, wash them, dry them gently.
Remove the fishbones sardine, ricomponetele, place the salad along with a gherkin in vinegar chipped out and a fresh radish cut flower.
Decorated with ribbons or strips of mayonnaise.
Arrange boats on lightly buttered slices of bread crust, and arrange on a serving platter and serve.

- 4 leaves of lettuce salad
- 4 sardines
- 4 pickles
- 4 radishes
- Mayonnaise
