Instructions

In a bowl beat the eggs, sugar and when sugar is dissolved, add the butter, brandy and a grated lemon rind.

Finally pour the 2 sachets, whisk for a few minutes and pour into a baking dish-shaped donut.

Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
