Instructions
Lightly toasted in the oven the bread cut into slices, then rub it out with 2 cloves garlic.
Pour the oil in a frying pan, add the peppers washed, cleansing and cut into small pieces, bay leaf, let Brown and then add the tomato paste, salted and flavoured with chilli.
Cook a few minutes to focus rather cheerful, add the chopped bread, soup up to cover and let simmer very slowly for half an hour about a pan covered.
When all will have acquired a rather ' papposa ' consistency, add the remaining garlic and parsley and bring to the table.
