Instructions
Mix the flour with sugar, baking powder, salt, zest of lemon.
Add raisins, pine nuts, Cedar; mix and form the fountain.
Put the Center 125 g melted butter.
Beat the egg with 2 teaspoons of Marsala and lemon juice; join to rest.
Mix with energy, softening the dough with a little milk.
When the mixture is smooth, form the dough, place on greased oven plate 1 and let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
