Gingerbread
Instructions
Mix the flour, almonds and hazelnuts, candied fruits, cinnamon, cocoa and add them to the honey and sugar that you have previously melted over low heat in a nonstick pan.
Mix well all ingredients until mixture is uniform and meanwhile, a pan lined with the host.
Pour the whole mixture levelling with a greasy butter knife and cover immediately with a second pastry wafer.
Bake the gingerbread for about 30 minutes at 150 degrees and once baked and cooled sprinkle with icing sugar.

- 120 g of toasted almonds
- 120 g of toasted hazelnuts
- 250 g of assorted candied diced
- 120 g of sugar
- 120 g of honey
- 50 g of flour
- 40 g of cocoa powder
- Cinnamon powder
- 2 pastry hosts
- Icing sugar
