Instructions
Merge to bread dough oil and 2 tablespoons water.
Fold in 1 soup tureen with flour and all remaining ingredients and 1 egg.
Add flour or honey to get a hard dough.
Let rise for 2 hours.
Brush with 3 egg whites with sugar and cocoa.
Bake at 190 degrees 1 hour.

- 70 g of bread dough
- 250 g of flour
- 50 g of toasted almonds
- 50 g of toasted hazelnuts
- 50 g of toasted walnuts
- 40 g of candied citron and candied orange peel, diced
- 20 g of pine nuts
- 80 g of dried figs
- 200 g of sultanas
- 80 g of honey fused with 60 g dark chocolate
- 1 egg
- 3 egg whites
