Instructions
Make a dough in the shape of a loaf and keep it 1 night at warmth.
Covering it with a batter of flour, water, a little oil, spices and sugar and bake.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons

- 20 g of sourdough bread
- Not thick sugar syrup
- 350 g of candied citron peel
- 200 g of pine nuts
- 200 g of almond
- 1000 g of muscat of alexandria
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of spices
