Instructions

Toasted bread slices on the grill, put on four slices fontina, prosciutto crudo, oranges cut into slices without skin and without seeds, slices of Apple, banana or any other seasonal fruits.

Sprinkle with cognac and cover with the remaining slices.

You can serve them well heated for one minute in the oven.

Wine: not recommended.
