Whimsical sandwiches
Instructions
Cut the ham into strips.
Clean lettuce and keep only the heart.
Wash and cut into strips, too.
Cut the Parmesan flakes.
Chopped pitted olives.
Mash and mix in ricotta and cream all ingredients prepared.
Divide the buns in half and cannoli with prepared mixture.
Close with the cover and serve.

- 8 sandwiches with sesame
- 120 g of ham
- 80 g of parmigiano
- 1 heart of lettuce salad
- 250 g of ricotta
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 6 black olives
