Panna cotta with strawberry smoothie
Instructions
Heat cream and milk to boil.
Beat (just) the egg whites with the sugar and dissolve it with milk and cream.
Pour into one or more molds and bake in waterbath for 90 minutes already warm at 180 degrees.
Before churning the mixture to cool, then go in the fridge.
Separately blend the strawberries already seasoned with sugar and lemon juice, then guarnitevi each dish to taste add a slice of panna cotta.

- 100 cl of creme fraiche
- 13 cl of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 9 egg whites
