Instructions

Cools the jug in the refrigerator.

Arrange the butterfly on the blades and insert the cream: from 90 seconds to speed 2-3.

Controls the density and, if necessary, increase the time by a few seconds.

Do not use long-life whipped cream and never exceed speed 3, otherwise the cream can be removed.

You can get an excellent result, also using vegetable cream.
