Panzanella of ivy
Instructions
Soak the slices of bread rafferme in a bit of salt water with a little vinegar and place them in a dish.
Cut the diced red tomatoes, cut the onion into very small cubes, season with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
Put the seasoned tomatoes over bread cut into slices and serve.

- Some slices of stale bread
- Red tomatoes
- White onion
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
