Panzerotti fritti
Instructions
Work the ingredients together, preparing a dough for pizza, not too soft.
Let it rise divided into many small balls.
Aside from preparing a sauce thick with a little chopped tomato (Pulp Ready type), oil, Basil and salt.
Roll out the dough into thin pizzas, put on each a spoonful of tomato sauce, parmesan, pepper to taste and cheese, those that blend easily, diced (to exclude the mozzarella, which leaves too much water), close the pizzas half-moon pressing fine edges.
FRY in abundant oil.

- 500 g of flour
- 1/2 stick of brewer's yeast
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Hot water
- Parmigiano
- Pepper
- Basil
- Frying oil
