Pappa marinara
Instructions
In 500 g lightly salted water, add the previously cleaned and washed vegetables, bring to a boil and cook until reduced to about half water.
Strain the broth, separate vegetables and reduce the potato to puree.
Add the mashed potatoes to about 200 g of vegetable broth hot, pour in the semolina, rain mix carefully the plaice, add a few drops of lemon juice and drizzle with the olive oil extra virgin.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 3 tablespoons of semolina
- 1 jar of homogenate of plaice
- 1 potato
- 1 courgette
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 handful of green beans
- 1 bit of onion
- 1 teaspoon of parmigiano
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
- A few drops of lemon juice
