Instructions

Mix flour, a pinch of salt and eggs and work to obtain a homogeneous paste.

Roll out and cut into wide ribbons.

Blow up the arugula with a little oil, then add the almonds and Marjoram.

Melt the blue cheese with milk and saffron, then add the arugula.

Boil the noodles and toss them in the sauce.

Serve with Parmesan cheese.
