Chocolate Orange sticks
Instructions
Cut and discard the two ends of the oranges.
Cut the Peel remained in 4 parts, with some flesh attached, and divide it into strips about 1/2 cm.
Put the Peel in a saucepan, pour cold water, bring to a boil and drain.
Repeat for two more times to remove the bitterness.
Replace the skins drain in casserole with 25 cl of water and sugar.
Bring to a boil and Cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until the skins are not shiny and transparent and the liquid evaporated.
Put the skins on a grid to make them cool and dry.
Melt chocolate in double boiler and dip one at a time the Orange sticks for 3/4 of their length.
Put the sticks on a piece of parchment paper and then cool to solidify the chocolate.

- 4 oranges to peel large
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 g of chopped dark chocolate
