Pappardelle alla crema
Instructions
Work the egg yolks with a whisk, incorporate 70 g Parmesan cheese, 25 g of butter, a pinch of nutmeg, salt, pepper and egg whites are firm.
Cook the pappardelle al dente in salted water, seasoning them with the prepared cream, pay it in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining butter and Parmesan cheese and bake for about 10 minutes.
